STEVE -OWNER
Steve began in the construction trades at the age of 15, working in the summers framing new homes. He studied airplane mechanics and then joined the Marine Corps. After the Gulf War, he was offered an opportunity in a totally different field of Prosthetics and Orthotics. In 2012, He came back to his love of construction and began doing home repairs. He partnered with a friend and built new homes until 2016, and then continued doing subcontractor work for builders, And became a licensed home Inspector. At the end of 2020, He found over time that he really enjoyed the small and medium jobs. He likes the variety of it. It requires he knows pieces about everything and gets to experience how all the trades work together. So he switched his focus to homeowners who were finding it difficult to find a contractor who would take on smaller projects, Handyman list, or Home Inspection report repairs.

Steve does all the estimating and is the person you'll be chatting with when you schedule a project with us.

Steve lives with his wife of 34yrs in northern Greenville County. He has 3 adult children and 1 son-in-law. He has lived in the upstate since 1981. He enjoys the mountains, gardening, woodworking, HotRods and occasionally painting.

RYAN
Ryan is Steve's Son and works with him on a part-time basis. He has been doing construction work since he was 13. He has trimmed whole houses, painted, built decks, framed, roofing, small electrical and plumbing, etc.
Ryan enjoys the outdoors, and cars and one of his favorite pastimes is building with Legos.
